Please read the following text thoroughly, our company cannot be held responsible in case of not being aware or not understanding our booking conditions.

Our Insurance Policy:

Full Insurance against All Risks 100% (CDW):

Customer is fully relieved from the responsibility for any damage. The vehicles are subject to liability and fully comprehensive automobile and property damage insurance.

* For negligent or drunk driving, driving under influence of drugs or on unauthorized roads, driving to prohibited areas/countries, obvious acts of disregards to the vehicle, the renter will be responsible for the full amount of charges.

Personal Accident Insurance (PI):

P.A.I. insurance is covering the passengers in the hire car and the driver.

Special Full Insurance (FDW) & (WUG-A):

which covers damages caused to the underside of the cars, glass-windscreens, tires -wheels, Airbags and engine damages Insurance.

Theft insurance (TP):

The cars are always insured against thieves 100%, Your personal belongings are not covered by the Theft Insurance.

Public Liability Insurance (PL):

up to 750.000 euro for persons and up to 750.000 euro for damaged properties.

Loss of car keys:

The customer is not covered in case of loss or stolen car keys, the cost of car keys is covered from the customer.

Glass insurance:

The customer is 100% covered for damages caused on Glass parts of the car.

Terms and Conditions:

Driver’s Age:

Minimum driver age is 23 years for car group A and B, 29 years for group G, F, K and H

All other car groups require a minimum age of 25 years.

Driver’s License:

All drivers must have a valid Driving License for at least 2 years.

Driving Licenses issued in EU, US, UK, Switzerland, Australia, Canada, Israel, Russia and Ukraine are accepted.

An International Driving License is required in all other cases.

Rental Length:

The minimum rental period is 1 day. The first hour of delay in the return of the vehicle is not charged. The next 3 hours are charged at €10 per hour. In cases of over 4 hours delay a full day rate will be charged.

Full payment is required on delivery:

Please note that all local payments will be made in Euro. The following credit cards are accepted: Debit card, Master card / Eurocard, VISA, Diners card. The card must be a valid card in the name of the main driver.

Delivery and Collection of the vehicle:

We can deliver and collect vehicles to any place in Crete Island, including Airports, Ports and Hotels.

Some places have an additional cost. Please contact us for further information.

In Heraklion Airport you have to come to our spot which is located just 50m away from the airport.

No additional charges on flight delays:

All our employees are informed all the time about the arrival as well as their changes that might occur. Our employees will wait for your arrival flight to deliver you the car, even if there is a delay.

Baby seat-Booster seats:

Baby seat-Booster seats are provided to all customers. Please notify us of child/baby age and weight in order for the correct seat to be placed in the vehicle.

Insurance Policy:

The price includes full insurance with full collision damage waiver No-risk, Theft, Fire Insurance, Personal Accident Insurance, Tires and underside of the car are also covered by the Insurance.

* For negligent or drunk driving, driving under influence of drugs or on unauthorized roads, non-asphalt road, dirt road or off-road (e.g. Balos), driving to prohibited areas/countries, obvious acts of disregards to the vehicle, the customer will be responsible for the full amount of charges.

Traffic Fines:

Tickets and appended administrative sanctions resulting from any violation of the Greek Traffic law during rental period, is solely the customer's responsibility and paid by the customer. If any such administrative sanction is not disclosed to the company at the end of the rental period (contract), the violation will be charged to the customer.

Availability:

Car models will be provided according to the original agreement. Delivery problems however, may compel us to supply another vehicle in exceptional cases.

Free Kilometers:

No extra charge for kilometers driven.

Taxes:

Including VAT 24% Taxes to all our prices and offers.

Fuel:

Fuel is always paid by the customer. The customer is obliged to return the car with the same level of fuel that was in the fuel tank when they rented the car.

24 hours Road Service all over Crete:

Interamerican international Road Assistance provides 24/7 roadside help all over the island.

One Way Rental:

All cars are available for one-way rentals, provided that such arrangement is made at the commencement of the rental and confirmed on the rental agreement. An extra charge may apply, please contact us for further details.

Ferrying the car & Across the border rentals:

The advance written authorization of our company is required by any customer wishing to ferry the car to and from an island.

Road Map of Crete / GPS Sat Nav:

We provide a fully detailed Road Map of Crete without any extra charge. A GPS Sat Nav is available upon request with a cost of 3 € per day, payable upon arrival.
